I enjoy making Southwest egg rolls. They’re SO easy (and you know easy are the only recipes that fly in my Homestead kitchen!)
They’re a delicious Tex-Mex favorite around here, crispy on the outside with creamy chicken filling on the inside. I’m sharing skillet fry AND air fryer directions.

I love fried chicken. What I don’t love is the added fat caused by all that soaked-in oil, or cleaning the grease-splattered mess left on my stove.
But now I use my Air Fryer to make healthier fried chicken without all that grease, y’all. Just a single tiny teaspoon of olive oil! And it cooks up fast too.

Instant Pot spaghetti is a fast & easy One-Pot Meal. After cooking the meat, just pressure cook for 8 minutes & allow to rest for 10. No danger of pasta water boiling over & making a mess on your stove. Just delicious spaghetti supper FAST.

What if I told you that you could serve that traditional meal at your family holiday gathering including a tender, juicy roasted turkey yet not be shackled to the kitchen jumbling messy greasy turkey-cooking pans instead of enjoying the holiday with your family?
Yes, it’s true. This has been game-changing in my Homestead kitchen. Check it out!
