Well here we are again y’all, it’s that time of the week: Throwback Thursday – where we reach back in the blog archives for a post that has proved very popular with our readers & bring it back to the surface for you to enjoy.
Today’s topic is timely for all you blackberry lovers out there since in many parts of the country those blackberries are just now hitting their ripe perfection. We have many wild blackberry vines on the Homestead and I love to harvest them and bake homemade blackberry cobbler with them. Those fresh blackberries can be flash frozen and used to make this delicious cobbler all year long! Check it out.
