Working To Provide For Ourselves On Our Texas Homestead
Wordless Wednesday: Floating Leaves
by Texas Homesteader
We recently had unexpected company come stay with us a few days at the ranch. As we sat at the pond doing a little fishing I loved the sight of fluttering leaves landing on the water’s surface. Beautiful sight of fall!
C’mon by & sit a spell! Come hang out at our Facebook Page. It’s like sitting in a front porch rocker with a glass of cold iced tea. There are lots of good folks sharing! And you can also follow along on Pinterest,Twitteror Instagram

Beautiful shot, I used to live in east Texas (Carthage) and have spent a lot of time there working (Longview, Marshall, Atlanta, Tyler) and I sure do miss it.
So peaceful and beautiful!
How blessed you are to have such a lovely homestead and property.
This is stunning and I love the reflection of the barn on the pond! Thank you for sharing this week on the Art of Home-Making Mondays! Have a lovely week of family and fellowship 🙂
Oh Great !!! I will check it out… Looking forward to it. Lucky Me..
Nice you have a fishing place to relax with friends.
I have a question to ask.
Do you have a TMH Recipe for a Green Bean Casserole?
YES Greg, funny you should ask… It’s a mandatory dish request from RancherMan each and every Christmas & Thanksgiving. My post on it goes live Friday morning – check it out! ~TxH~
