Even though these girls were best buds before we pulled the mama-to-be to the ‘maternity ward’, now that they’re in the same pasture again they have to re-establish the pecking order all over again. Too funny…

Love it.
It was that way in the pen where I kept my horse. He was a big quarter horse, but not an aggressive guy. I had to use lots of salve to heal the bites and kicks. – Margy
Animals can be so funny & persnickety sometimes, huh Margy? Thankfully this pecking order re-establishment only lasted a short time and only involved butting heads and circling around each other, but they’re back to being best buds again. ~TxH~

Looks about like a mirror image; tails switching the same, the leg stance , both back leg up on top of hoof etc.
