We’re going to tumble back to a previous popular post and bring it back to the surface for you to enjoy again. It’s not hard to figure out which post I want to grab today – as I look around I see the honeysuckle blooming so I’m gearing up to make honeysuckle jelly again this year. Whaaaa….??? You can make jelly with HONEYSUCKLE?? Oh yeah, and you’re going to love it!
I love the smell of honeysuckle. I can only imagine that honeysuckle honey would be delicious and so healthy. Thanks for sharing. Visiting from Home Acre Blog Hop!
I absolutely love the honeysuckle jelly & I made it last year to give out for gifts – very well received. So glad you stopped by Marla! ~TxH~
Thanks for sharing this! I make jellies out of wood violets and clover. I plan on making jelly out of dandelions, too. I don’t have honeysuckle here, but thanks for reminding me that if I grow it, I can make jelly out of it!
I first heard of dandelion jelly several years ago and really wanted to try it, but couldn’t find enough dandelion blooms. Then I stumbled across the idea of honeysuckle jelly & decided to try that instead. Some day I’d really love to try my hand at dandelion jelly. ~TxH~
