Well, summer’s certainly not lifted its grip on us yet, it’s still plenty hot and for most folks who didn’t have their gardens decimated by crazy weather or grasshoppers (eh hemm…) garden production is still in full swing.
So to celebrate Throwback Thursday I’ll fall back into the blog archives and bring back to the surface a very timely post – making your own Italian-Seasoned Tomato Leather.
You see, I found that you could season & dehydrate those blended tomatoes into a leather and (get this) just lay it out on your pizza dough and just start adding toppings.
Y’all are not gonna believe this…
