We’ve been sharing the most popular homesteading posts of the year for each year I’ve had this little ole blog of mine.  Today we’ll be looking at the year 2016.  That was the year that many of my most popular posts of all were published.  Posts such as making homemade face powder and an easy homemade laundry-scent booster.  Recipes such as depression-era chocolate crazy cake using no eggs, milk or butter, and my mix-n-pour tortilla recipe.   1. Crazy cake is happening for Christmas this year!! I hit menopause and I’m allergic to milk, eggs, dairy, pork….. And unless I want to hit the epi-pen I have to stay away.     1. Patti, your sweet comment makes me smile when I really needed one – thank you! I know you’ll love the crazy cake. As you know I’m very partial to chocolate and this cake is surprisingly dense, moist & chocolaty. And to assemble, mix, bake & serve in the same pan? Yes, please! (why no, I’m not a lazy cook, why do you ask??) LOL.
