Crazy cake is happening for Christmas this year!! I hit menopause and I’m allergic to milk, eggs, dairy, pork….. And unless I want to hit the epi-pen I have to stay away. Patti, your sweet comment makes me smile when I really needed one – thank you! I know you’ll love the crazy cake. As you know I’m very partial to chocolate and this cake is surprisingly dense, moist & chocolaty. And to assemble, mix, bake & serve in the same pan? Yes, please! (why no, I’m not a lazy cook, why do you ask??) LOL.
