Dry Salsa Mix:

I keep this mix in a glass jar with the ingredients & measurements to use noted right on the jar so when I run out making up a new batch is a snap! #TexasHomesteader

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Crushed Dried Red Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin optional
  • 3 Tablespoons Dried Cilantro Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Minced Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Non-Iodized salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a repurposed jar, seal and label.

  2. Use and 3-4 tablespoons of the mix per quart of tomatoes.
