TGIF Y’all! Today I’ll celebrate finally reaching Friday falling back into the blog archives and bringing back to the surface one of my most popular posts and man-o-man are you gonna love this! I needed a window treatment that was pretty but offered both privacy & light so I decided to add lace right to the window – it was PERFECT. And if you don’t want anything flowery you can use something with no pattern such as tulle or maybe some lace with a stripe pattern – whatever works for you.
And here’s the kicker – it’s completely reversible! Living in an apartment and hate that one window doesn’t offer privacy from your neighbors? A small piece of lace & some kitchen ingredients – DONE. When you move out it can all come down like is was never there. Or how about those long sidelight windows next to front doors these days? The only option I had when we lived in that house in town was spring rods and sheers – DANG I wish I’d known about this then! OK I’ve blubbered enough – go, go, GO – you don’t want to miss this!
