TGIF y’all! Finally the weather is starting to change, it’s getting a little cooler in our part of NE Texas and there’s an ever-so-subtle hint of the leaves thinking about changing to their fall-colored splendor. I don’t know about you, but I look forward to fall. Oh no, not for the ragweed counts that plague my entire face (lol) but the anticipation of those delightful cooler temps and the beginning of comfort-food menus at the Taylor Household. Oh yeah, when fall comes around my mind turns to those good ole Southern comfort-food, favorites like Potato Soup, Black Bean & Beer Chili, and my all-time favorite – Chicken & Dumplings! And to celebrate Throwback Thursday I’ll fall back into the archives & bring my Chicken & Dumplings recipe back to the surface for you to enjoy today.
